Why Wynmond & Co. exists
Large consultancies work for large organisations. For most SMEs and local governments they are out of reach: too expensive, too slow, too far from day-to-day practice. IT vendors are within reach, but they sell a tool, not the choice that comes before it.
Wynmond & Co. sits in between. Wynmond & Co. is an independent advisory firm based in Willebroek, Belgium, that combines strategy consulting with practical AI for SMEs and local governments in Flanders, at the scale of a Flemish organisation: first understand what is really going on, then choose with evidence, then build something that works.
