An AI assistant for heating engineers and HVAC companies

Breakdowns, service visits, quotes for a heat pump: the AI assistant takes the questions, also outside office hours, tells what is urgent from what can wait, and prepares the request for your schedule.

In the heating season, the phone never stops

From October to February the questions all come at once. And that is exactly when you are at a customer’s, with your hands in a boiler. Every call you cannot take is a customer who waits or calls someone else, and every evening goes on calling back and scheduling.

Breakdowns

Boilers and heat pumps that fail, often on the first cold days.

Service certificates

Customers who need their annual service or certificate.

Heat pumps and grants

Many questions for a single quote, about rules that keep changing.

What the assistant handles

Example: how requests arrive sorted in your planning.

Triaging breakdown reports

What is urgent, what can be scheduled? The assistant asks the right questions and prepares the report for your schedule.

Service requests and reminders

Customers request their service when it suits them, and get a nudge when it is time again.

Quote requests for heat pumps and boilers

Type of home, current installation, timing: you receive a complete request instead of a phone call.

Questions about operation and grants

General explanations, with a link to Mijn VerbouwPremie (the Flemish renovation grant) for grants. The assistant does not quote amounts.

Safety comes first

In heating, a wrong answer can be dangerous. That is why the rules for safety questions are fixed, and come before everything else.

Fixed rule

The assistant never gives repair instructions for gas appliances. At signals such as a gas smell or a carbon monoxide alarm, it immediately shows the emergency instructions and the installer’s emergency number. We agree the exact wording with each installer.

Never

  • Repair instructions for gas appliances
  • A judgement on whether a gas smell is ‘not too bad’

Always

  • At a gas smell or a carbon monoxide alarm: the emergency instructions and 112 straight away
  • The installer’s emergency number
  • Wording we agree with you in advance

Annual reminders

Customers with a service contract get a timely nudge.

Scheduling

Requests land in your schedule with the right details.

Quote follow-up

A follow-up email after a heat pump quote, without you having to remember.

Try it with a breakdown question

A customer has no hot water and sees an error code. This is how the assistant answers: safety first, then the details for your schedule.

Frequently asked questions from heating engineers

What does the assistant do with an urgent breakdown?

It shows your emergency number straight away. If the customer reports a gas smell or a carbon monoxide alarm, it shows the safety instructions first. Then it asks for the details you need for your schedule, such as the error code and the address. It does not give repair instructions for gas appliances. See also how we handle safety.

Can the assistant connect to our scheduling software?

Not today. The request reaches you complete by email, with all the details you need to schedule it. We only offer a connection with scheduling software once it has been built and tested. If you want to automate your scheduling already, take a look at business automation.

Does the assistant answer questions about grants?

General questions, yes: which grants exist and where to apply. For current rules and amounts, the assistant refers to Mijn VerbouwPremie, because those rules change. It does not quote amounts itself. That way your customer gets the official information, and you stay out of discussions about a grant.

Can we use the assistant only during the heating season?

There is no separate seasonal subscription. The subscription can be cancelled monthly. Many questions, such as about servicing and heat pumps, also come outside the season. Starting before the rush gives the assistant time to be properly set up and tested. See the price.
