In Brussels and Wallonia we work online. The assistant also answers in French, so your French-speaking customers get an answer in their language. We give our advice in Dutch or English; we do not offer advice in French.

Multilingualism and language regions

Belgium has four language regions, which determine which language is used where. For local governments, the language legislation for administrative matters applies. We take that into account, without legal interpretation.

Privacy under Belgian and European rules

The GDPR applies across Europe. In Belgium, the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (the Belgian data protection authority) supervises it. We process only the data a project needs.

Public procurement for local governments

Below €30,000 excl. VAT, a local government can work with an accepted invoice, a low-value contract. Our pilots stay below that.
