Our approach

Our approach: first the real problem, then the solution

Every engagement follows the same discipline: facts over opinions, causes over symptoms, and results you can measure. This is how working with Wynmond & Co. goes.

Worktable where loose notes turn into sorted piles and one bound report

Four principles

Facts over opinions

In practice: assumptions named in the report

What everyone thinks is a starting point, not a conclusion. We test assumptions against figures and conversations before we recommend anything.

The right question first

In practice: the core question is in the proposal

A good answer to the wrong question helps no one. So we first get clear on what really needs to be decided.

Focus on what makes the difference

In practice: a short priority list

Not everything at once. We look for the few things that deliver the most and consciously leave the rest.

Results you can measure

In practice: KPIs agreed in advance

Beforehand we agree how you will see that it works. Afterwards we measure it, together with you.

Our approach

From diagnosis to results in four phases

Every phase has a clear start, a written result and a decision point.

  1. 01DiagnosisGather the facts, name the real problem.Business diagnosis: two to three weeks
  2. 02DecisionCompare options on criteria and evidence.Closed with a decision memo
  3. 03DeliveryBuild, test and hand over to your team.Usually two to six weeks
  4. 04Follow-upMeasure what it delivers and adjust.Optional check-in after three months
Four phases from bottom to top: diagnosis, decision, delivery, follow-up.

Diagnosis

  • What happenswe gather the facts and name the real problem.
  • What you receivea written diagnosis.
  • What we need from youyour figures and a few conversations.

For example, a business diagnosis.

Decision

  • What happenswe set at least three options side by side, on criteria agreed in advance.
  • What you receivea decision memo.
  • What we need from youyour goals and the limits within which you choose.

More under strategy and economics.

Delivery

  • What happenswe build, test and hand over to your team.
  • What you receivea working AI assistant or automation, with documentation.
  • What we need from youone contact person and time to test.

Follow-up and measurement

  • What happenswe measure what it delivers and adjust.
  • What you receivea measurement against the agreed figures, and after a strategy engagement an optional check-in after three months, quoted separately.
  • What we need from youaccess to those figures.
  1. Introduction
  2. Diagnosis
  3. Decision
  4. Delivery
  5. Follow-up
After each phase you decide: continue, adjust or stop.

How working together goes in practice

  1. 15 to 30 minutes, free

    Introduction

A conversation about what you are facing, online, by phone or on site.

  2. Within three working days

Proposal with fixed scope and price

What we do, what you receive, when and for which price, in writing.

  3. Start

    Kick-off

We agree the schedule, gather what already exists and plan the conversations.

  4. Ongoing

    Short updates by email

So you know where we stand, without long meetings.

  5. End

    Delivery and review

We walk you through the result and agree the next step together.

AI and strategy in one engagement

Example 1

  1. AI audit

  2. Multilingual AI assistant

  3. Business automation

In the first example, the AI audit shows where most time is lost, a multilingual AI assistant handles the customer questions and business automation follows up the requests.

Example 2

  1. Business diagnosis

  2. Strategy & economics

  3. Roadmap with KPIs

In the second, the business diagnosis finds the cause, strategy and economics works out the choice and a roadmap with KPIs makes delivery measurable.

What you can expect from us

Confidentiality

What you share stays with us. We publish no names or figures without your written consent.

Clear language

Reports you can read and explanations you can pass on, without jargon.

Independent

We do not sell third-party software licences. The diagnosis decides, not a product.

You decide at every step

After each phase you choose: continue, adjust or stop. There is no obligation to carry on.

Frequently asked questions about how we work

How soon can we start?

You receive a written proposal within three working days of the introduction. It also contains the start date, which we agree together at a time that suits your team. Once you accept the proposal, we plan the kick-off. You can easily plan a first conversation through our contact form.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both. On site across Flanders, for kick-offs, workshops and conversations with your team. Online everywhere, for follow-up and reviews, and for clients outside Flanders. We often combine the two: the start on site, the follow-up online. We do not receive visitors ourselves. More about where we work.

How do you set the price of an engagement?

Three services have a fixed price: the business diagnosis (€3,950), the AI audit (€1,950 for SMEs) and the multilingual AI assistant (€1,500 setup and €300 per month), all excl. VAT. Every other project gets a fixed price in the proposal after the introduction. See all services.

What if the result disappoints?

We do not promise a money-back guarantee, but a way of working that keeps you in control. Every phase ends in a decision point: you can continue, adjust or stop. After a diagnosis you are under no obligation to carry on, and a pilot ends with an evaluation. See the four phases.
