Who is responsible?

Which data do we process?

The details you fill in yourself in the contact form or the Wynmond Privé form: your name, organisation, position, email address, phone number, the subject and your message, as well as the language and the page from which you sent the form.

If you ask a question in the AI demo on the homepage or on the AI assistants page, we process the text of your question, the answer, the language and the page. To limit misuse we keep a temporary counter per visitor for the AI demo and the forms, based on an encrypted code of your IP address, not the address itself.

Why do we process it?

To answer your question and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal for working together. We do not use your data for marketing and we sell it to no one.

The AI demo

The demo answers your question live, only from the content of this website. To do so, we send your question through our hosting platform to an AI model, which writes an answer. We keep the question and the answer to see which information visitors look for and to improve the website. So please do not type names, addresses, phone numbers or other personal data in the demo. Each visitor can ask five questions per day.

Who processes it for us?

The hosting platform of this website (Base44), where the forms and the questions to the demo are stored, and our email provider, through which we communicate with you. Base44 stores this data on servers in the United States and uses an AI model for the demo. They process the data only on our behalf.

How long do we keep it?

We keep your data for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless it leads to working together. After that, we delete it.

Questions to the AI demo and the answers are kept for 90 days. The counter per visitor disappears after 48 hours.

What are your rights?

You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. To do so, email info@wynmond.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and statistics

We measure statistics about the use of this website only with your consent, through our hosting platform Base44. You give or refuse that consent on your first visit and can change it at any time in the cookie settings. Which cookies and other storage this website uses is described in our cookie policy.
