FAQ

Frequently asked questions about AI, automation and advice

Short, clear answers to the questions SMEs and local governments ask us most often. For more depth, we point you to the right page each time.

Working with Wynmond & Co.

How does a first introduction work?

A conversation of 15 to 30 minutes, online, by phone or at your premises. You tell us what you are facing, we ask questions and say honestly whether and how we can help. The conversation is free and without obligation, and you receive a proposal within three working days. Get in touch.

Do you work for small businesses too?

Yes. Our approach is built for SMEs, including those with a handful of staff. The fixed prices for the business diagnosis, the AI audit and the assistant keep a first step manageable: you know in advance what you pay and how much of your time it takes. After a diagnosis or audit, you are under no obligation to continue with us. See our capabilities.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both. We like to run kick-offs and workshops at your premises, anywhere in Flanders: at your own table you see best how the work really runs. Follow-up and reviews can happen online, and in between we keep you informed with short email updates. We do not receive visitors ourselves. More in our approach.

Which regions do you cover?

On site across Flanders, from Willebroek in the district of Mechelen. Online in Brussels, Wallonia and beyond. We advise in Dutch, English or Turkish; we do not offer advice in French. The assistant itself does answer in French, so your French-speaking customers get an answer in their language. More about where we work.

Do you also work for companies in the Netherlands?

Yes. For companies in the Netherlands we usually work online, in Dutch or English. A kick-off or workshop on site is something we agree together. The approach and the fixed prices stay the same. See our approach.

Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

Yes, on request. What you share with us stays with us, and we do not publish names or figures without your written consent. For board-level questions where discretion comes first, there is Wynmond Privé: confidentiality applies from the first conversation.

Do you charge travel costs?

No. Meetings on site in Flanders, such as a kick-off, a workshop or the review of the report, are included in the price. Online meetings are of course possible too. More about where we work.

Costs and timelines

How do you set the price of an engagement?

Three services have a fixed price: the business diagnosis, the AI audit and the multilingual AI assistant. Every other project gets a fixed price in the proposal after the introduction. So you know in advance what you pay. If you order a follow-up project of €5,000 excl. VAT or more within three months of a business diagnosis, we deduct half of the diagnosis fee. See how working together goes.

What does an AI assistant cost?

€1,500 setup and €300 per month, excl. VAT, cancellable monthly. During setup we map your questions and sources, build the assistant on your own information and test it with your team. The monthly fee covers a monthly check, updates when your information changes, following up unanswered questions and a figures report. More on the AI assistants page.

How long does an engagement take?

A business diagnosis takes two to three weeks, an AI audit about three weeks. Your own time stays limited: about six hours for the diagnosis, about four hours for the audit. Other projects usually take two to six weeks. The exact schedule is in the proposal, which you receive within three working days of the introduction. See the four phases of our approach.

How does payment work?

For a project with a fixed price we invoice half at the start and the other half after delivery, each payable within 14 days. So you pay the second half only once the result is in your hands. The terms are in the proposal. Read how we set the price.

AI assistants

How does an AI assistant differ from a classic chatbot?

A classic chatbot follows fixed scripts and buttons. An AI assistant understands questions in the visitor’s own words and language, answers from approved sources with a link, and passes the question on when it has no source. More on the multilingual AI assistant.

Can the assistant make mistakes?

Honestly: any AI can make mistakes. That is why the assistant answers only from approved sources, shows the source, passes the question on when unsure, and is checked by us every month. Questions it could not answer go into a queue, so we can fill the gaps in its information. Read how the assistant answers.

Which languages are supported?

Dutch, French, Turkish and Arabic, and English too. The assistant answers in the language of the question. The link it gives goes to your own page, and that Dutch page remains the reference. For local governments, Dutch is the default and the local government switches on other languages itself. More under public sector.

Does the assistant also work on WhatsApp?

Yes. Besides the window on your website, the assistant can also answer on WhatsApp, from the same approved sources and in the same languages. That way you reach customers where they already send messages. More about the multilingual AI assistant.

Do I need a new website?

No. The assistant is added as a window to your existing website and tested there first. Without a website it can also work through WhatsApp. It usually goes live two to three weeks after the kick-off; the exact schedule is in the proposal. More about how it works.

Data, privacy and security

Which data does the assistant need?

No personal data for general questions. When someone asks for a quote or appointment, only what that request needs, such as contact details and a preferred time. In an urgent situation the assistant points straight to 112, 1733 or your own emergency number; those conversations are not stored. More on sources, privacy and transparency.

Do you sign a data processing agreement?

Yes. When we process personal data on your behalf, as with an assistant or an automation, we set out the arrangements in a data processing agreement. It states, among other things, which data we process and for what purpose. How we handle the data of our own contacts is described in our privacy statement.

Where is the assistant’s data stored?

The assistants we build for clients run on servers in the European Union. What data we process and how long we keep it is set out in the data processing agreement. More about sources, privacy and transparency.

Does the demo on this website use real AI?

Yes. The demo on the homepage and on the AI assistants page answers live, only from the content of this website. Each visitor can ask five questions per day. We keep the question without personal data for 90 days to improve the website, so please do not type names, addresses or phone numbers. More in our privacy statement.

Strategy and advice

How does a business diagnosis differ from an AI audit?

The diagnosis looks for why your growth has stalled. The AI audit looks for where AI helps you and which risks you need to manage. If it turns out during the work that the question really belongs to the other, we tell you. See the business diagnosis and the AI audit.

Do you help with AI literacy for the AI Act?

Yes, within the AI audit. The AI Act asks that staff who work with AI know enough about it. The audit maps how your team uses AI today, and we explain what responsible use means and which agreements are needed. It is not legal advice. More about the AI audit.

When is Wynmond Privé the right choice?

When you are part of the executive team or board of a larger organisation, facing a decision that calls for personal, discreet guidance. Wynmond Privé works by invitation, with at most four mandates a year. You deal directly with the founder, and confidentiality applies from the first conversation. More about Wynmond Privé.

For local governments

How can a local government work with Wynmond & Co.?

Usually through a pilot in one department, such as civil affairs, waste or leisure, or with an AI audit that shows where AI helps your organisation. Such an audit also looks at your AI policy and at how staff already use AI today. Both with a fixed scope and price. More on the public sector page.

Is a pilot possible?

Yes: one domain, three months, with an evaluation report based on the assistant’s figures. The assistant is added to your existing website and tested there first. The full contract runs up to 24 months and stays below €30,000 excl. VAT. After the evaluation, your local government decides whether the assistant stays or stops. Read how a pilot runs.
